Corner Growth Acquisition Corp. 2 was incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempt company on February 10, 2021, and we are led by a team of proven venture capital investors. We seek to build upon the experience and successes of Corner Ventures, a venture capital firm affiliated with our management, and its predecessor firm, DAG Ventures, by pursuing investment opportunities in fast-growing technology companies. Mr. Cadeddu, our Co-Chairman, and Mr. Tien, our Co-Chairman and CEO, serve as General Partners and Managing Directors of Corner Ventures. Corner Ventures is an American venture capital firm that invests into early growth rounds of high-potential companies, typically leading the round in which they invest. John Cadeddu and Marvin Tien began investing together several years ago while John was with DAG Ventures and Marvin ran his family office investment platform in Asia and the U.S. In 2018, DAG Ventures’ co-founders, after five fund generations and a 16-year legacy, partnered with Marvin to start Corner Ventures. Corner Ventures’ aim was, and is, to generate best-in-class investment returns by sourcing and investing in emerging, early-growth stage technology companies that could grow into global category leaders.
